If you are looking into the delivery date of a product, please note that Australia Post/Couriers can take up to 3 weeks or more to deliver parcels around Australia and since COVID19, this can increase to one month for remote areas.
You should have received our tracking details by email, or in your account settings, so your first step is to find that and track your delivery via Australia post or Sendle (whichever we sent it with), if you contact us before this we will not be able to do anything about your order as it will be in transit.
