📦 Easy to Use, Quick to Deploy
Most models are plug-and-play. WiFi-enabled versions offer remote view through an app. Every unit comes with a manual, and you can download it from the product page.

Our hidden cameras usually record in 1080p (2MP) or 4K (8MP).

🔍 Smart Motion Detection

Many models include motion detection to save space. Keep in mind: distant motion may not trigger recording. For guaranteed coverage, choose a unit with constant recording and motion tagging.

💾 Storage & SD Cards

  • Most units use microSD cards or have built-in memory

  • Check max SD size before buying

  • Use Class 10 cards, formatted to FAT32

  • Some units format the card internally—others need a PC

🌙 Night Vision Limitations

Many don’t include night vision. Why?

🌐 Remote View with WiFi Models

WiFi models support remote live view and playback via app.

📶 Note: Most WiFi models only work with 2.4GHz networks.
If you can’t connect, check that your WiFi is set to 2.4GHz—not 5GHz.

🔔 Push Notifications

Motion-based alerts are supported by most WiFi units.

However, some phones and telcos delay or block push notifications.

Use as a backup, not your only alert method.

🎙️ Audio Recording

Nearly all models have built-in microphones.

They’re good for general sound capture, but not as clear as a dedicated voice recorder. For high-quality audio, we recommend pairing with a proper audio recorder.

🗣️ Two-Way Talk (Optional)

Some units support two-way audio, but be aware:

  • 🔈 Tiny internal speakers offer limited volume

  • ⏱️ Audio lag can affect timing

Hidden cameras prioritise video—two-way talk is a bonus, not a core feature.

👁️ Wide-Angle Lenses

Most lenses range from 60° to 110°.

📏 At 90° and above, slight image curvature may appear—that’s normal.

🔌 Power Options

Most units use standard 5V USB:

  • 🔋 Run from wall plug, PC, or USB power bank

  • ⚠️ Avoid 9V fast chargers, they can damage the device

  • 🔌 Many units support permanent power—check the specs

✅ WiFi vs. Non-WiFi Models

  • WiFi cameras = remote access, push alerts, app control

  • Non-WiFi cameras = better for high stealth, undetectable by RF bug detectors
    Choose based on your needs: stealth or connectivity.
