Your order will be dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse on a Wednesday or a Friday depending on when your order was placed and where you are in the queue. You can speed up the process and select Priority Handling & Express Shipping at checkout where you will receive express shipping and priority handling (meaning you jump the queue), this still means however that your order will be dispatched on a Wednesday or Friday.

Fees

For orders that equal a sub total of $150.00 or more, we will ship your order to your home or business FOR FREE, no matter how many items you add to your cart or where you live in Australia and for orders under $150.00, we will ship your order to your home or business for a flat rate of $9.90 Inc.

On checkout you will also have the choice to insure your goods for a small additional investment.

Restrictions

We do not deliver outside of Australia nor do we deliver to Parcel Lockers, Parcel Points, or any third party parcel handler, we only ship to street addresses and genuine PO Boxes.

95% of orders are processed within 3 working days and in most cases you should expect delivery within 3-10 business days depending on your location, unless special order, then add approximately one week. If you chose an item that is not in stock or will be delayed further than our expected delivery time for other reasons we will notify you within 4 business days.
