No, there are audio and audio/video types, this means some have a built in sound recording system which makes them ideal for recording conversations etc. The other type have a camera built in, these can record via the camra(with sound)the surroundings. Normally they all have a USB plug so you can download all your recordings to your PC.

There are no upgrades required for this product. Usually the only upgrades are more memory with newer models. If the watch is not working for some reason then we will replace it. Could You Please give me the length of the Watch band or diametre as I have a large wrist?

The overall length of the band is 165mm. The band is made up of links which can be taken out to shorten it, so maybe a watch maker could also lengthen it. I will endeavour to find this out and let you know early next week.
