Based on GSM/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900Mhz network and GPS satellite positioning system tracks far-way objects conveniently by short message, you then get a text message back with the Latitude and Longitude.
Simply put that into Google Earth and you will have a map of the exact location of the Tracker.
