Developed to provide added safety, security and peace of mind to
individual drivers and larger transport fleets, the MDVR-XDv2 is an
in-car driving recorder system which has an inbuilt GPS module.
The internal CMOS video camera can record at a resolution of 640 x 480
pixels at a maximum of 30fps. Along with the camera, the unit also has
an inbuilt microphone for audio recording, a GPS location data logger
for easy tracking of the unit location and a G-Force shock sensor to
detect vehicle impacts. The unit includes a bracket which allows it to
be easily attached to the windshield of a motor vehicle. The inbuilt
shock sensor is adjustable, assisting the unit in determining whether
the vehicle has been involved in an accident; the pre and post event
recording footage is taken to provide thorough coverage of the incident,
making it easy for employers or individuals to lodge insurance claims
or provide evidence. The unit includes the footage viewing software and a
4GB Micro SD Card.

Easy Installation
Simply install the unit on the windscreen, provide power by turning the car on, and the unit will begin recording.
Manual/Event Recording
The unit includes an Emergency Recording Button, allowing you to record
events that may not trigger the automatic event recording.
3 Axis G-sensor Event Recording
While driving, when the car gets impacted from an event such as a
collision, the G-sensor will detect the impact and record video prior to
and during the impact, giving you evidence for insurance claims, police
reports etc.
GPS Interface (Option)
The device has a built-in GPS module which allows it to track the driving route by map and speed
Footage Viewing Software
Recorded video clips can be played back by either using the provided
software viewing program on the instruction CD or the free video player
which is on the Micro SD card.
Supports Video-Out
If you connect video out terminal to monitor, navigation system, you can
simply setup the device functions and playback video clips instantly.
Automatic Recording System
After turning the vehicle on, the device will be powered and will start
recording automatically. When the vehicle is turned off, so is the unit.
