Satisfaction
Guarantee :
OzSpy Security Solutions will gladly exchange or
offer a shop credit for any item you are not
100% satisfied with providing item is in 'as
new' condition, packaging is 'as new' and goods
were purchased 14 days or less prior to our
shop receiving the item for exchange. Goods
must also be accompanied by a copy of the OzSpy
purchase invoice.
Price
Matching:
OzSpy Security Solutions will beat our competitors pricing for items purchased
locally under normal retail conditions. This system works by us matching any
competitors price on any product we sell and then further reducing the price
by 10% of the difference. To take advantage of this, we will require the competitors
price in writing (brochure, web site, quote, etc.) and that the item is the
same or extremely similar make and model as our stock. This offer cannot be
backdated so you have to show the competitors price prior to purchase. Although
we will also endeavour to price match with wholesale, this will be a case
by case decision of the franchise owner. This does not apply to items "ON
SALE".

Program
OzSpy Security Solutions now offers a nationwide
membership program so you the customer can enjoy
the benefits of being a OzSpy Security Solutions member at any of our shops
in Australia and NZ, just by showing your membership
card. Not to mention the special offers only
available to members which will be sent out

become a wholesale member you must be a re-seller
of security related equipment
Trade
and wholesale customers also get a membership
card once they spend over $200. This card
is also recognised across Australia and NZ

Refund Policy
PLEASE
CHOOSE CAREFULLY. We do not normally give
refunds just because you change your mind.
In situations where we will accept refunds
for these reasons there will be a restocking
fee of AU$25 or 10%, whichever is greater. However
a store credit or exchange is usually available
with full credit less shipping.
PROOF
OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED AND GOODS AND PACKAGING
SHOULD BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION.
Customer
Service/Shipping:
OzSpy Security Solutions will ship your order by your preferred choice at your
cost, goods in stock will usually be shipped within 24-48 hours, orders that
required manufacture or modification of an item will require 2-14 days. We
will maintain a high level of effort to ship your purchase to you ASAP, but
cannot and will not be held responsible for late arrival of orders due to
shipping delays. If you chose an item that is not in stock or will be delayed
for other reasons we will notify you within 4 business days.
Insurance:
If
you want insurance, please let us know so we can request insurance on your
behalf. International and local shipping insurance is at your cost and at
your request only. Insurance is calculated at 2%.
Privacy:
OzSpy Security Solutions may collect information about you during the process
of sales and marketing. This information may be used later for the purpose
of further marketing and promotion. OzSpy Security Solutions does not sell or distribute your information to any
other party not directly associated with OzSpy Security Solutions.
Security:
OzSpy Security Solutions accepts payments over 128 bit SSL encryption.

To
return an item under warranty, please return
to place of purchase with current invoice.
Please
note that items showing signs of damage may
not be replaced and any item without a current
OzSpy Security Solutions invoice will not be accepted.
Extended
Warranty:
OzSpy Security Solutions extended warranty is available to all online purchases
at a rate of 9.8%.
Exclusions (the following items are not covered by extended warranty)
The following
items have limited warranty
- Power
supplies - extended to 6 months
All
other items will receive a full year extended warranty.
To
claim under extended warranty you need to have the original copy of your receipt
with the extended warranty payment clearly visible. All normal warranty requirements
apply to extended warranty claims.
Bench work :
Off

Government approval:
We sell all our products legally in Australia/NZ(except goods marked Export
only), some may not be approved for use in certain situations, you should
seek legal advice in your local area for the specific product required.
Credit
card charges.
OzSpy Security Solutions Normally does not charge credit card fee, however this
is a store by store decision.
Export Restrictions.
OzSpy Security Solutions does not accept online orders from or ship to Nigeria.
